  • 1 – Place your mushrooms in a bowl – Place your dried mushrooms in a small bowl.
  • 2 – Pour boiling water over – Add the equivalent of a glass of boiling water to your dried mushrooms.
  • 3 – Add plastic wrap to your bowl – so that they rehydrate properly, put a plastic wrap over your bowl and wait about thirty minutes!
  • 4 – keep your rehydratation water – when your mushrooms are rehydrated, put them in a colander and carefully keep the rehydration juice for the rest of the preparation!
  • 5 – Wet your cooking with the rehydration juice – when cooking your mushrooms in a little fat, you can gradually deglaze your preparation with the rehydration juice!
