It will be mainly found from mid-March until the end of March depending on the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>White Morel<\/strong> will begin to be found from late March in most states. This morel is the most widespread and sought after by mushroom enthusiasts in !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 Class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Mushrooms In April?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>White Morel<\/strong> is THE MUSHROOM to look for in April. Indeed, the majority of morels are found in the USA during April. The first half of April will be the ideal time to search for them in the plains (between 0 and 600 m above sea level).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Black Morel<\/strong> will continue to emerge in very localized areas, often quite challenging to anticipate unless you know specific spots in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some <strong>Boletes<\/strong> (<strong>Porcini <\/strong>mushrooms) will start to grow from April, in the warmer states of the United States. However, it&#8217;s not yet the best time to look for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 Class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Mushrooms In May?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>Morels<\/strong>, the season will continue and extend to higher altitudes. So, from early May, consider going to mid and high mountain areas to find morels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Dryad&#8217;s Saddle<\/strong> will start to emerge from May and continue until August.
